Special processes

In order to validate any production process and internal service supply which final result cannot be double-checked through subsequent monitoring and measurement activities (such as TIG and MIG/MAG wielding), Tema Sinergie has enabled a special instruction for its personnel and process qualification. Moreover the wielding processes, both internal and external, are performed by operators who have achieved a national and international qualification (WPS) and own special licences which are periodically renewed according to the relevant specification:

  • EN 287-1 (WPQ) Welder Performance Qualification
  • EN ISO 15614-1 (PQR) Procedure Qualification Record
  • EN ISO 15609-1 (WPS) Welding Procedure Specification
The box wielding process is one of the most important activities for a good manufacture result of the product.
A top standard product quality is achieved though special processes such as the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) wielding and the use of AISI 316 L steel with mirror brite finishing. Further production processes and farmed out service supplies  which final result cannot be double-checked through subsequent monitoring and measurement activities (such as painting, varnishing, galvanization, TIG and MIG/MAG wielding, sterilization) Tema Sinergie has enabled a special instruction for its personnel and process qualification which takes place through the collection and dispatching of the supplier's working specifications and/or any other kind of documentation proving the supplier's process and personnel qualification (license copies according to WPS, destructive tests results).

For these activities Tema Sinergie defines:
  1. a method approval;
  2. equipment and personnel qualification approval;
  3. use of defined methods and procedures;
  4. re-evaulation;
  5. registration documents
